THE U-BREW PROCESS
| Step 1 | Select your juices from our extensive list of fresh grape juices. Remember that selected times of the year we have Premium/Reserve Juices from California, Chile, Italy and South Africa. Pre-ordering assures availability! |
| Step 2 | The fermentation, racking and filtering stage last approximately 40-60 days depending on the varietal. |
| Step 3 | A phone call is made to you to inform you that your wines are ready! Depending on your package you make an appointment to come in to package on our premise |
| Step 4 | Ageing is hardest and most important part of the wine-making process. Hard because it is difficult to resist looking at 25-30 bottles of made wine without digging in and important because wines do require some time to age to mature and to reach its full potential before consuming. We recommend that you give a wine a minimum of 6 months to age.
However, if you can't wait that long, dig in! |
